Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your paid period. Your profile and data are retained so you can reactivate anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Each paid plan (Guide+, Illuminated, Enterprise) includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Do I save with annual billing?
Yes — choose Annually at the top of this page and you get two months free (≈17% off) on every paid plan.
How does the booking commission work?
On the Free plan, One Deva takes a 10% commission on completed bookings — this covers payment processing, support, and platform maintenance. Guide+, Illuminated, and Enterprise plans reduce or remove this commission as part of your subscription.
Can seekers use the platform for free?
Absolutely. Seekers never pay a subscription — only the session fee when they book with a practitioner.
