Runes
Overview, Who Is It For, and What To Expect During Your Session
Runes are an ancient Germanic alphabet system dating back to at least 150 CE, carved on stones, bone, and wood for writing, magic, and divination. Each of the 24 Elder Futhark runes carries a name, a phonetic value, and a rich symbolic meaning connected to Norse cosmology, natural forces, and human experience.
As a divination system, runes are cast or drawn and interpreted in relation to a question or situation, offering insight through their symbolic wisdom. As a magical tradition, runes are inscribed, chanted (galdr), and worked with as energetic forces that can be invoked to influence reality.
